About the Speaker:
Sajni Dharamdass holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and later went on to do the certification in the English Language (TEFL/TESOL). She has also been trained in Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) according to Malaysian (NIOSH), European & Japanese standards. She is the principal consultant/corporate trainer/coach and speaks on Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development; and EHS.
Over a period of 25 years, she has accumulated vast hands on experience in the field of Human Resource Management & Human Resource Development; Environment, Health & Safety. Over the years, Sajni has been involved in the planning, designing and implementing of HR policies and procedures as well as EHS activities in various organisations and mainly in the manufacturing industries (viz European, German, American and Japanese multinationals) and this has contributed greatly in making the training programmes very practical and performance oriented. Her experience is not only in Malaysia but spans in other countries eg Australia, India and Thailand as well. She has conducted training for UCSI and OUM particularly in the Human Resource subject.
Sajni is a registered trainer by HRDF (PSMB). Some of the key clients and professionals she has worked with recently are Westport, Penang Port, Labuan Shipyard, Sumitomo, Tat Hong Plant Hire and many more. She has conducted various training in the Human Resource field particularly in Industrial Relations focusing on Discipline; Practical Aspects of Employment Act 1955; coaching managers to engage with Millennials; Human Resource Development program on Talent Retention through Employee Engagement and Handling Difficult Employees. Sajni has conducted numerous programs related to Shop floor management viz Critical Supervisory Skills; Leadership and Managerial Skills; Problem Solving & Decision Making, 6S and Its Implementation and English Language training for various levels. She also does EHS Programs training (eg Ergonomics & Manual Handling, Effective PPE Usage, Industrial Accident Reporting and Analysis, Effective Safety & Health Committee, EHS Audits).
